Indulge in a flavour filled evening with delicious, elegant wine delectably matched with Wakatipu Grill’s specially created 3-course organic plant based menu with a fun and vibrant table-sharing concept, hosted by Rippon.

Rippon, on the shores of Lake Wanaka, has been farmed by the same family for over 100 years. Rolfe and Lois Mills, acting on a long-held hunch, planted Rippon’s first vines in 1982, paving, along with some of Central Otago’s other early pioneers, the way for the wine region that we have here today.

Farmed biodynamically, all Rippon wines are grown on the farm with no fruit brought in from outside the property. Nick Mills, from the fourth generation of the family farming the land, works alongside his two sisters, brother, wife and a long-term team to grow wines that do justice to this very special piece of land.
