Kinross (Gibbston Valley) – Begin with an exclusive private tasting of rare library vintages, showcasing boutique legends Valli, Hawkshead, Wild Irishman, and High Garden. Te Kano Estate (Bannockburn) – Striking modern architecture and panoramic vineyard views frame expressive Bannockburn Pinot Noir and cool-climate whites.
