Rolfe and Lois Mills\, acting on a long-held hunch\, planted Rippon’s first vines in 1982\, paving\, along with some of Central Otago’s other early pioneers\, the way for the wine region that we have here today. \nFarmed biodynamically\, all Rippon wines are grown on the farm with no fruit brought in from outside the property.
