Relax and sip your way through three boutique wineries, starting with a guided tour of New Zealand’s largest wine cave at Gibbston Valley Wines. Enjoy a tasting of their signature varietals, including Central Otago’s world-famous Pinot Noir, crisp cool-climate whites, and elegant rosés.

Next, head to Kinross, home to an exclusive collective of winemakers: Wild Irishman, Valli, Hawkshead, and High Garden. Sample a curated selection that tells a story—of place, people, and passion. Stay for a seasonal lunch at their winery restaurant (at your own expense), whether outdoors in the wine garden or fireside in their cosy bistro.

To finish, visit a rotating third winery, personally selected by your wine host for variety and vibe—ensuring no two days are ever the same.
