The format is simple, Gibbston Valley’s Executive Chef Anthony Gradiska will prepare a 4-course BBQ and Gibbston Valley’s Chief Winemaker Christopher Keys & Altitude Brewing’s Elliot Menzies will match each course with their best bevvie.
Their mission is to match their tipples to each course for your enjoyment.
