Founder & Manager
Emma represents the third generation of the Chisholm family’s rich legacy in Queenstown’s vibrant tourism scene. Her family’s journey began in 1966, with deep-rooted connections to iconic landmarks like the TSS Earnslaw and Skyline Queenstown. This heritage instilled in Emma a profound love for the region and its offerings.
Her passion for wine was kindled during sun-drenched explorations of renowned vineyards from Tuscany to the Hunter Valley. Holding a WSET Level 2 certification, Emma delights in sharing her global wine adventures and local insights, ensuring every guest feels the warmth of Kiwi hospitality.
Bella
Wine Tour Pup Extraordinaire
Meet Bella, our delightful miniature schnauzer and rising star of our wine tours. With her playful demeanor and affectionate nature, Bella adds a sprinkle of joy to every journey.
Whether attempting to sneak a sip of Pinot Noir or curling up on a guest’s lap, she’s become an endearing companion to our wine-loving adventurers. We can’t wait for you to share a moment (and perhaps a cuddle) with Bella on your next tour.
Ruby
Our Beloved Original Wine Tour Dog
In loving memory of Ruby, our cherished schnauzer who embarked on countless wine adventures with us. Named after the rich hue of a fine red wine, Ruby’s spirited presence and love for lamb and venison treats made her a favorite among guests.
Though she passed in July 2024, her legacy continues to inspire and remind us of the joy and companionship that define Alpine Wine Tours.
